The Skills4Future.mk platform aims to bring together companies, policy makers and development professionals to explore and find workable solutions to the common challenges facing local businesses.

The platform will be used to support firms in the three industrial sectors: construction, textile and renewable energy sources to discuss and negotiate a new, possible model for overcoming the skills shortage, which is becoming one of the biggest obstacles.

Our efforts will be aimed at encouraging cooperation, involvement, consultation and informing interested parties and various stakeholders in the long run.
