Ms. Trencevska (2000-2003 ) was a coordinator of the resource centre for gender equality enhancement, Organisation of Women Strumica, programme of the Macedonian Centre for International Cooperation. Between 2018 and 2020 she was Head of Unit for Gender Equality in the Sector for Equal Opportunities in the Ministry of Labour and Social policy and as of 2020 she was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry.
Since 2021 she is appointed as Minister of Labour and Social Policy.
Mr. Armen Grigoryan was appointed as UNDP Resident Representative for the Republic of North Macedonia on October 11, 2021. Prior to this appointment, Armen was Regional Cluster Leader for Climate Change/Disaster Resilience and Global Energy Policy Advisor for Europe and Central Asia in UNDP at Istanbul Regional Hub since January 2015.
She is Deputy Director of the SIMORA Development Agency and Head of the EU projects Department. After completing her economic studies, predominates in EU projects applying and management. These projects include etrepreneurship, strategic planning, as well as those related to tourism, civil sector and cross-border cooperation. She was marketing manager in Top Terme Topusko spa, and today she is involved in over 100 projects that SIMORA Development Agency is currently implementing. PISMO business incubator specializes in the gaming industry, witch, in addition to being the center of Croatian gaming, has also become a digital innovation hub. That is not enough for her, so together with the team from SIMORA, she is already working on building a campus for the video game industry.

Professor Nikica Mojsoska-Blazevski is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Macedonia2025. Ivica Pesovski is the CTO of Brainster and a software developer with more than 8 years of expertise. He formed the IT team at Brainster after his arrival in 2020, which now numbers nine employees. They focus on creating unique software solutions that are used and relied on by all Brainster employees and students, an activity that has helped the company transition from an educational to an ed-tech company. Ivica teaches in Brainster’s Fullstack and Frontend academies since 2018 and he is actively helping out with the academic obligations at the newly founded Brainster Next College. Ivica has a master’s degree in software engineering and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in computer science and engineering. His research focuses on the application of technology in education, particularly in higher education.

Her team received the 1st prize for their case “The Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital Excellence Award”. Her experience in all the phases in project management she participated in more than 25 educational and research projects funded by Horizon 2020 and Erasmus+ programs.
Mrs. Kristinka Radevski is an Engineer Architect with more than 28 years of working experience in all professional phases. Specialist in the management of the construction process for complex projects, infrastructure, public, residential and commercial buildings, as well as the construction of properties of significance for the country; starting from the detailed design preparation to project completion, while ensuring the technical quality of the construction and compliance with the related legislation, working on both local and international projects. She possesses the highest authorizations for working in the field of architecture. Mrs. Radevski completes her master’s studies with the aim of professional qualification and specialization in the profession, but on the topic “Human Capital Management” in the architecture.
Her involvement in Chamber starts in 2012 as a member of its Assembly, proceed as a president of the Supervisory board of the Chamber and she is now a current president of the Chamber of certified architects and certified engineers of Republic of North Macedonia.
Trajche Stojanov is experienced BIM practitioner, licensed architect, BIM consultant and BIM Instructor with extended experience on numerous AECO projects in North Macedonia and abroad. He takes active roles in international BIM design and research organizations. Mr.Stojanov is Revit Certified Professional and Autodesk Certified Instructor in Semos Education for 9 years, lecturing BIM related courses, including applications like Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud etc.
Graduated architect with more than 15 years of experience in different segments like BIM methodology, urban design, digitalization of cultural heritage, and residential building design. She has participated in many EU based projects related to Cultural Heritage like: “Traditional Buildings New uses” 2004, Andros, Greece, Supported by the European community cultural program 2000; “Protection of Cultural Heritage from Natural or other Disasters”, 2006, Batumi, Georgia, UIA National Section. She was a part of the team that has won the Third award for the project: University in “Plaoshnik” Ohrid, a competition organized by the Agency for protection of the cultural heritage. From 2007 to 2016 she was working as a Senior urban planner in a company owned by the Agency for Spatial Planning in Macedonia. In 2019 she was selected as an External Expert for Ohrid Region: HERMES (HERitage Management E System) is a Digital Heritage Collection of Historic Buildings. In 2018 she launches her company MEDAL BIM, based in Bitola, providing BIM services for clients all over the world. In 2021 she is the Co-Founder of Delta Works, a start up for BIM menagement services and digital twin technology.
Gazmend Ajrulovski, co-founder and CEO of Intelligent Network Solutions (INS), IT expert with 20 years of experience. In his early engagement as a professional he worked with IPC Holding, a German banking holding, as a software developer and later on as team leader, leading an international team of engineers working on development and support of a business intelligence software platform. In 2007 he founded INS, a software company that specializes in GIS solutions and since then worked as solution architect, project manager and CTO, until 2016 when he stepped in as company’s CEO. He also spearheads the company’s R&D activities especially in the field of VR and AR.
A graduate in Financial Management from the UKIM in Skopje, and has passed Level I of the CFA Program at the CFA Institute, financial expert with 14+ years of experience in the private and the government sector. Currently an adviser at the FITD, a government organization responsible for the development of the Macedonian startup ecosystem. There she was involved in developing of the organization’s new portfolio; Corporate Innovation Program, the National Startup Council, the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence, and the government’s first ever Investment Fund. Previously she worked as Special Adviser at the Ministry of Finance where she provided advice and expertise on matters related to financial system and macroeconomics, international finance, and public debt management, as well as overall public finance management. From 2015-2019 she was an Investment Manager at South Central Ventures, where she managed day-to-day operations of the Skopje office as well as the business development for the Macedonian, Kosovo, and Albanian markets. She led investment processes in companies from the initial stage to closing and monitoring of the investment.
Mr. Izotov is responsible for starting, designing, and managing activities, directly engaging with local communities, and collaborating across global networks in order to accelerate the fulfillment of UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for 2030. Mr. Izotov looks at behavioral insight/data science of emerging trends and uncovering the implications of those trends for systemic impacts on key development issues.
Janez Dekleva has more than 35 years of rich professional experience in the field of management, strategic planning and project management. He has held various managerial positions in the public and private sectors. He is currently working as a project manager at the International Knowledge Transfer Center in Ljubljana. Mr. Dekleva is a certified lecturer in the field of business organization. He has extensive experience in leading and implementing numerous European projects in the countries of the former Yugoslavia.
He is a Director of the North Macedonia Free Zones Authority. Prior to this position, he was Director of the state Fund for Innovations and Technology Development. In his three years mandate as the director of the Fund, he has made significant change in the innovation sector in the country, developed a new concept of the state support program for SMEs that resulted in complete transformation of the economy in the country. Currently he develops and implements „New concept” for attracting investments and similar reform strategy in DTIDZ which is already creating positive effects. Despotovski, Bachelor in Economy and Finance, started working for the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia in 2003, as part of the Secretariat for European Affairs. He was leading the working group on Economic criteria within the process of preparing Answers to EC Questionnaire in 2004 that led to EU awarding candidate status to Macedonia. In the period 2008 – 2016 he was engaged on different EU and bilateral countries’ funded programmes on infrastructure and capacity building for state institutions. He is one of the founders of MENSA Macedonia.
Pranvera Kastrati, PhD, Senior Expert on Economic and Digital Connectivity in the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC). Before joining RCC, she had a vast experience in public policy coordination and implementation in Albania. She joined RCC in November 2017 and her core focus of expertise relates to the design, implementation, coordination and monitoring of RCC’s support and interventions in area of digital transformation as part of the Digital Agenda for Western Balkan. Within the context of Regional Digital Area of Common Regional Market 2021-2024 Agenda, she is engaged in supporting the implementation of regional actions, including through enhanced regional coordination and cooperation activities.
Ms. Saja Bojanic assumed her position as UNDP Deputy Resident Representative for the Republic of North Macedonia on August 12, 2019. Prior to joining the North Macedonia country office, Sanja was Deputy Resident Representative in UNDP Tajikistan. She joined the UNDP as part of the Montenegro country office in 2003 where she led the expansion of the energy and environment portfolio. She also led Democratic Governance, Economy & Environment portfolios, and managed a complex regional environmental programme involving six countries and territories. Sanja has contributed her leadership and technical expertise to the strategic positioning and results of five UNDP Country Offices and to the Regional Bureau for Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (RBEC). Sanja holds a MBAi degree from the Graduate School of International Economics and Finance at Brandeis University in Boston, USA, a MA in Entrepreneurial Economics and a BA in Economics from the School of Economics at the University of Montenegro.
Vladimir Trajkovikj is full time professor at University Ss Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, at the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering. His research interests include: Information Systems Analyses and Design, Distributed Systems, ICT based Collaboration Systems and Mobile services with special focus on Educational and Health-care Systems.
He is development finance professional with 30 years of diverse business background in the emerging markets, Western Europe and the United States. He spent 20 years working for the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, managing the IFC country operations in North Macedonia and Montenegro as well as implementing private sector investments and advisory programs across the Western Balkans region. Prior to joining IFC, he worked in the United States in a business strategy development roles for two Fortune 500 technology companies and one in the pharmaceutical sector. He is currently a president of the PrimePoint Partners, a management consulting firm which specializes in corporate advisory, M&A, PPPs, renewables and donor-funded private sector development programs in the WB6 region. An economist with a MBA degree in international business and finance from the U. of Kentucky and a Harvard’s Kennedy School alumnus. A former board member of Macedonia 2025 and acting Vice-President of the Chambers of Commerce of North Macedonia and president of the Tikvesh winery supervisory board.
Mladen Frckovski works as Labor market specialist/ Head of labor market unit at the Ministry of labor and social policy in Republic of Macedonia. He completed his university studies in the Faculty of economics in Skopje. He has more than 12 years of experience in creating, coordinating and implementation of active labor market programmes and employment policies. Also he was coordinator of the First National action plan for youth employment 2012-2015 year, and second National action plan for youth employment-2020 year. He is also coordinator from the very beginning of he implementation of the Youth Guarantee plan 2017 and he still coordinate Youth Guarantee plan In Northern Macedonia.
