Constuction Scotland Innovation Centre in collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) supported the process BIM implementation in multiple domestic construction companies.

A one-day workshop took place on 18^th February 2021 for the BORTAS company.

Bortas is a construction company that was established and managed by architects and engineers, and is strongly focused on innovation and usage of appropriate technologies in their business activities.

They implement projects that are worth between 50 thousand euros up to 2 million euros and involve projecting and construction of buildings and civil engineering. They also work on constructing new and renovate existing objects and infrastructure. Bortas cooperate with clients such as large banks and embassies, but also with clients from the light and non-polluting industry. They are mostly working in North Macedonia.
