Applicants from the construction sector (architecture and engineering) that are interested in following trainings for Construction Manager are invited to apply for the public call and express interest in participating.
As the call is competitive, Future Skills Center (FSC) will grant only 20 applicants to follow the training free-of-charge. In addition, after selection process will be finished, the grantee will be contracted by FSC to follow 40 school hours of 45 min. After finishing the course, the certificates will be submitted to the candidates that have followed more than 70 percent of the training sessions.
Learning outcomes to trainees:
The Construction Manager course aims to train students to lead construction projects using state-of-the-art digital tools such as Microsoft Project, Autodesk Navisworks, etc. Upon completion of the course, participants will acquire the following skills:
- Will be introduced to the theoretical aspects of construction management, such as legal provisions, FIDIC contractual terms, basics of project management, project communication channels, etc.
- Will learn how to create dynamic plans and how to run a project with
the help of software such as Microsoft Project; - They will learn how to plan the construction of projects made in BIM software, making simulations and animations of building 3D BIM models
The course is intended for engineers from different disciplines with and/or without knowledge of the subject.
